Back

After two months of dealing with the nagging thought of  'you have not posted anything for a while on CTGangwerGazette',  I'm doing it.

The girls arrived home safely in May from their year at PCC .  Jaclyn finished her junior year of nursing and made the dean's list.  She is working for the summer at Baystate Hospital as a Collegiate Nursing Tech.  She will be working three twelve hour shifts a week.  Lizzy finished her freshman year with a 3.06 grade point average and is back working at Once Upon a Child four days a week.

Tammy and I have been sprucing up our outdoors with plants.  For Valentines Day, I purchased the plants for two butterfly and hummingbird gardens which we placed in the raised bed we had used in the past for vegetables.  We  also added a number of bleeding heart (4) and Jacob's ladder (5) plants to the area along the back fence.  By the deck, we planted some sweet pea vines (3) and a clematis.  In the front we replaced some coneflowers (2) that did not regrow and added some morning glories (4) to the side fence.  For vegetables this year, we just planted some grape tomatoes (4) in containers on the back deck.

Now that I have made a recent posting, I can float in the pool to my heart's content knowing I have bought myself some time until the thoughts of  'you have not posted anything for a while on CTGangwerGazette' returns.
